Can you arrange both small loads and full truckloads?
Yes, the service portfolio includes smaller consignments and FTL. Share the package or pallet count, dimensions, gross weight and deadlines so the team can assess suitable capacity. Availability and handling requirements are confirmed in the quote.
Which routes can I enquire about?
You can enquire about Belgian collections and deliveries with destinations across the European service network, including the Netherlands, France, Germany, the UK, Denmark and Poland. Routes are planned individually; country coverage does not mean fixed daily departures.
Is customs clearance included in the transport price?
Not automatically. Customs coordination, third-party costs, duties and other border-related charges must be clarified for your shipment. The written quotation identifies what has been included. Do not assume a tax exemption or a guaranteed clearance time.
Can I request ADR, refrigerated or AOG transport?
Yes. Identify the specialist requirements in the first enquiry. Cargo acceptance, equipment, documentation and the workable route must be checked before a booking. An enquiry is not an automatic acceptance of dangerous goods or other regulated cargo.
Does a quote request create a booking?
No. The form submits information for assessment. A booking is made only when the scope, price, dates and relevant conditions are agreed. Never send payment details or sensitive identity documents in the enquiry field.
